Pralines are a classic dessert from the south. On most occasions, they are made with brown sugar and pecans. We like to say they are a mix between a cookie and fudge. Their normal shape is round (like a patty) and they are made with pecans and sometimes walnuts.

Our version stems from New Orleans, LA and has been in our family for upwards of 80 years. Every dessert we offer includes our praline recipe in some form or fashion. Enjoy!
